Anneli Nesteng (1978, NOR)

Anneli enjoys challenges at her “nine to five” job as a project manager in Hydro Energy. She does however use every opportunity to get into the forest and up in the mountains, whether it is hiking, hunting, skiing or ice climbing. For Anneli the South Pole Race is the perfect opportunity to spend time with her best friends and at the same time compete and experience the antarctic environment.

Anneli has previous experience from Cho Oyo, Greenland Ice Cap crossing and various skiing and climbing expeditions. Anneli’s motivation to participate race is to “have a hell of a lot fun, and of course to beat the guys”. Continue Reading
